Cherry Pikelets

15g Self raising flour
185ml Milk (Over the Moon Milk)
1 x tbs sugar1 x egg
1 x Cup of Cherries (Kate Joyce Cherries from Orange or Tradie Produce from Young)
Method: Put sugar and flour into a bowl with pinch of salt
Separetly add milk and egg together,add to dry ingredient, add cherries
Heat a non stick pan add a little butter, add one good spoon of the mixture, 1 minute on each side
