Borscht

Salt and pepper
4x Beetroots Quartered and peeled
1x Leek roughly chopped
1x carrot roughly chopped
2x small potato roughly chopped
1xOnion roughly Chopped
Few Bay Leaves
1.5L Veg stock
Parsley
2xtbs of Natural Yoghurt
Method: Bring all vegetables to a boil, simmer for 45 Minutes
Cool it down, blend it, add your yoghurt and parsley
