300g Fresh whitebait
Third of a cup of flour
Rind and juice of a lemon
Rind and juice of a lime

Green dipping sauce:
1 sprig parsley, chopped finely
Two sicks of rosemary, leaves only
Juice of one lemon
4 Anchovy fillets, chopped finely
