Chocolate Mousse
200g Chocolate
6 Eggs, separated
Tablespoon Cointreau
20g Caster sugar
Method:
Melt the chocolate in a bowl suspended over hot water.
Separate the eggs and beat the yolks with the Cointreau, then mix this in with the chocolate. Whip the whites until firm then add in the sugar and mix well.Fold the stiff whites into the chocolate mixture. Pour into small serving bowls and refrigerate.
