Chicken Breast with Cannellini Beans and Fresh Herbs

Chicken breast
1 tin, drained and washed of cannellini beans Olive oil Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons double cream
1 handful of marjoram
2 spring onions
1 glass of white wine


Blanch your spring onions for two minutes, drain them put them to the side.

Take a small bowl then add all the other ingredients.

Take a piece of foil about 20cm, put your chicken breast in, put the other ingredients on the top with spring onions, wrap up the breast and cook for for about 30 minutes at 180.
