Cauliflower Gratin

1 Small cauliflower
Milk
1 Leak, only the white part, chopped
Oil
Parmesan cheese

Method:

Cut the cauliflower into small florets. In a large pan heat some oil and throw in the chopped leak.

Add the cauliflower to the pan, pour enough milk over the mixture so that they are just covered, cover with foil. When the cauliflower is cooked add a half teaspoon of nutmeg to the top.

Drain the cauliflower mixture and transfer to an ovenproof dish, sprinkle parmesan over the top and place in the grill or on the highest shelf in the oven until the top is golden.
