Baked Large Mushrooms With Fetta Cheese
6 -8 large flat mushrooms
White wine
Thyme (chopped)
Fetta cheese
Olive oil
Basil
Red Onion
Method:
In a greased tray put in six to eight large flat mushrooms, pour some white wine on top with some chopped thyme.
Cook for about 15 to 20 minutes.
On the side combine some fetta with some olive oil, basil and some chopped red onion, place in the mushrooms and pop back into the oven for 10 minutes.
